Bail Agency Site Manager
Job Description
You will be in charge of leading and operating one of our
satellite office locations. You will be responsible for developing
close teamwork within your site as well as conducting training.
Responsibilities will also include Bond writing and some
paperwork administration.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have 3 years or
more of Bail Bond writing experience with a good track record.
Leadership and management experience is a plus but may be
developed if necessary.

Licensed Bail Agent
Job Description
You will receive Bond leads from one of our offices, investigate
the propsect's suitability for bail, make a bonding decision,
then meet with the client to complete the paperwork and arrange
release on Bail.
Requirements
You must already possess a Bail Agent License for the state
in which you want to work and be in good standing with your
Bail Agent Association and State Licensing authorities. You
should also be willing to participate in apprehensions of
defendants who fail to appear in court.

Customer Service Representative
Job Description
You will work in our Pomona office or one of our satellite
locations and take calls from persons desiring Bail assistance.
Our customers are often under a great deal of stress and
may not be familiar with Bail procedures, so you must be
able to calm them and explain the process while recording
basic client information in writing. You will then pass this
information on to a licensed Bail Bond agent for action.
This position pays an hourly wage plus bonuses for calls
screened which lead to bonds.
Requirements
Candidates for this position must possess strong telephone
communication skills, a pleasant speaking voice, patience,
and presence of mind. No other formal experience is required.
If you like trying to determine information from a stranger
over the telephone, you may be well suited. Ability to work
night hours is a plus.

Apprehension Specialist
Job Description
This is a part-time or commission based position in which
you will be authorized to apprehend and arrest defendant
fugitives who fail to appear in court. These fugitives may
be in forfeiture to Apex or another Bail Agency which has
contracted to make an apprehension. Successful performance
in this role may lead to training and assistance in obtaining
a Bail Agent License.
Requirements
You should be intelligent and able to understand the legal
issues relating to Bail apprehension and citizen's arrest.
Strict observance of instructions and force application guidelines
is a must.

Accounts Receivable & Collections Clerk
Job Description
You will be primarily responsible for organizing and collecting
accounts receivables and processing financial and legal documents
on forfeitures. You will report directly to the company Vice
President and will be able to develop and execute projects
independently. As the company grows, you may have the opportunity
to hire and train an assistant.
Requirements
Strong organizational, computer spreadsheet and database operation
(Excel & Access), and correspondance skills are required.
The candidate should have at least 2 years expereince in
collections or accounts receivable and be able to work in
a self-directed environment. Having some familiarity with
legal documents and terms is a plus.
